Drinks

As ever, drinks during the reception and all wine, beer and cider throughout the evening are included in your ticket price. From 9pm onwards our popular Cocktail Bar will be serving a range of delicious cocktails, shots and Champagnes and you will once again be able to buy wine upgrades on the evening; these will be magnums only and can also be pre-ordered by emailing katiebaines@icloud.com.

Tickets

This year tables will again be of 8, 10 or 12 and we would kindly request that you purchase complete tables where possible. Due to the incredible popularity of last year’s ball, demand will be high; don't delay!  

Tickets are by invitation only and as always, we will require the names of all guests in advance. Please remember that hunt members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and antisocial behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

Where possible, wristbands will be given out in advance. Please help us out by picking yours up from David Maidment if possible – it really helps the evening run smoothly and reduces queuing.

Taxis

Remember to book your ride home in advance. It is a remote location with poor reception so please do not rely on being able to make taxi bookings on the night.
